Private communication

Chat, voice calls, video calls and voice messages stay inside Konekta so your phone number and WhatsApp contact are not required to complete a deal.

Konekta Protection

When you pay in-app, funds are held in escrow until the customer confirms delivery. If something goes wrong, open a dispute with photos and chat history — do not move the deal off the app.

What is not covered

Cash, Orange Money, AfriMoney or bank transfers arranged outside Konekta are at your own risk. We cannot mediate deals that left the app.
